New Office

If you've been thinking about buying or selling a home anywhere across Argyle, Southlake, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Keller, Bartonville, or the surrounding DFW communities, we have some news that's going to make your life a little easier — and honestly, we're just excited to share it. Gina Mullen Realty Group is officially expanding to three office locations. We've always served this whole corner of North Texas, and now we're putting down even deeper roots so we can serve it better.

Real estate is personal. Whether you're selling the home where you raised your kids or searching for the perfect house to start your next chapter, you want a team that actually knows your neighborhood — not just the listing sheet. Adding two more offices to our footprint means our agents are closer to you no matter which of these communities you call home, more plugged into what's happening on your street, and better positioned to help you move quickly when the right opportunity comes along.

Our Southlake office will be housed in the Falcon Holdings building just off Highway 114 on the north side of town, currently undergoing renovations. Southlake buyers and sellers already know this market moves fast, with top-rated schools and a strong sense of community keeping demand high. Meanwhile, our Northlake office is home to Designed to Sell DFW, LLC, our property staging business. Many sellers don't realize that presentation is what gets buyers through the door, and our staging team works hand-in-hand with our listing agents so your home shows beautifully from the first photo to the final walkthrough — no matter where in the metroplex your home is located.

Our newest office is taking shape at the currently-under-construction Argyle Marketplace, a new retail and office development rising in Argyle's Town Center district along Highway 377. We recently signed the lease, and we couldn't be more excited about this location specifically. The development is expected to become a true community gathering space, complete with a dedicated home for the Argyle Farmers Market, and we wanted to be part of that from the ground floor. For Argyle home buyers and sellers, this means having a realty team embedded right where you live, shop, and spend time with your neighbors.

Here's the part we're most excited about: these aren't just going to be workspaces where contracts get signed. Our vision for all three locations is to create spaces where we can host community events and client celebrations — closing day celebrations, neighborhood get-togethers, and simple opportunities to connect with the people we serve across Argyle, Southlake, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Keller, Bartonville, and beyond. Real estate, at its core, is about people and homes and the milestones in between, and we want our offices to reflect that.

Whether you're in Argyle, Southlake, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Keller, Bartonville, or anywhere else in the DFW area, this expansion means local expertise closer to home, full-service support from staging through closing, and a team that's invested in these communities for the long run — not just for a transaction. Reach out to Gina Mullen Realty Group today; we'd love to help you make your next move.

Stay tuned for updates on our office opening dates and upcoming community events!
